Troy Mackaway trading as Tromac Simulations (ABN 50 016 855 636) operates this list. Contact troy@tromacsimulations.com for privacy questions, access, correction or deletion requests.

What we collect and why

When you tick the consent box and register, we store your email, registration time, the consent-text version and subscription status to manage FlightKeep development and release updates. We do not ask for your name or add you to beta testing automatically. No confirmation email is sent by this form.

Where it is stored

The list is held in a private Cloudflare database accessible to the business through its administration tools. Cloudflare hosts this website and processes network information, including IP addresses, for security. The database is configured in Oceania; Cloudflare operates internationally and processing may occur outside Australia. See Cloudflare's privacy policy. IP addresses are not stored in the signup table; a transient hashed IP is used for rate limiting.

We do not sell your address or add advertising trackers to this page. Update emails will identify Tromac Simulations and include an unsubscribe option. Any additional mailing provider will be disclosed before it is used.

Unsubscribe and retention

Unsubscribe here at any time, or email Troy. The form marks the address as unsubscribed immediately if present. We keep that suppression record to avoid adding it again by mistake; contact Troy if you want to rejoin. Registration and consent records are kept while the list operates and reviewed at least annually. Records no longer needed will be deleted or de-identified, subject to any documented dispute or legal need. Provider recovery copies may expire later. You may request deletion by email.

Only register an address you control. Review your spelling before submitting. General feedback can be emailed to Troy; do not submit passwords or activation keys.
